At Powerlook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with tags intact.
Initiate Request
Log in to your Powerlook account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to start the process.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is unwashed and includes all original packaging and brand tags to avoid any rejection during the inspection phase.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect a confirmation receipt upon handover.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality audit, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your replacement will be dispatched.
