Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking ID and a link to our logistics partner's website to monitor your delivery status.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India.

How do I find the right size for me?

Every product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring a similar garment that fits you well and comparing it to our size chart for the best fit.

How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Powerlook only ships within India. We are working on expanding our services to international customers in the near future.
